Previously, she led branded content revenue at Jio Cinema, steering national monetization efforts, strategic collaborations, and digital-first sales innovations for one of India’s leading OTT platforms.
Her earlier roles at MTV and The Times of India further sharpened her capabilities in integrated media sales and youth-centric content strategies.
With a keen understanding of evolving audience behavior and brand objectives, Anshita is widely recognized for her strategic foresight, collaborative leadership, and her ability to build revenue engines that effectively align creativity with commerce.

Dr. Kanika Dewan

Director, Shikhar Dhawan Foundation

Dr. Kanika Dewan is a dentist by profession and a noteworthy TedX Speaker and a Josh Talk Speaker with a decade worth of contribution to welfare and community upliftment. Having previously led various recognised philanthropic organisations, she is also the co-founder at The Good Deed. She was recognized as the young FICCI nominee for her projects with the Government of India. Dr. Dewan strides to change the outlook of the youth towards welfare and has built a compassionate youth community. She is also the receiver of India’s A list award in the field of social work including her other accolades. Her work has been recognised and published by various digital and print media over the span of her career as a welfare influencer for the youth.
